 Our 30-Day Policy

At KZ Apparels, we want you to feel confident in your premium leather jacket. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The jacket is completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original product tags, labels, and packaging are fully intact.

  • You provide your original order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong size/style or if the jacket arrived damaged, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind or Size Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange the jacket due to a change of mind or personal sizing preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

How to Start a Return & Get Refunded

  1. Send an email to Support@KZ Apparels with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our UK address.

  3. After inspecting your return, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method within 5 to 8 business days.
